The apartment in the 'Amapolas' resort is just minutes drive from Playa Flamenca beach, as well as many other fabulous sandy beaches. From Murcia airport, it’s just 15 minutes by motorway, and only 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, both served by no frills airlines such as Ryan Air and Easy Jet. The nearest town is Torrevieja, famous for its salt lakes and fishing industry, as well as its beaches.
This is a fully furnished 2 bed apartment (one double bedroom, one twin) on 2 floors. The bathroom has bath (with shower attachment), WC and basin, and all rooms have air conditioning and heating. There are 3 terraces, as well as a huge roof terrace, which is accessed by a spiral staircase. About Daya Nueva
Daya Nueva is a taste of real Spain. Surrounded by orange and lemon groves, the village is a short drive from the beach and is close to two fabulous golf courses. Daya Nueva has a bank, post office, baker, butcher, minimart, café bars and restaurants, as well as a new open air public swimming pool. This beautiful house, finished in early 2005, boasts views across fields of orange and lemon trees, which is the staple of this local economy.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with twin beds, and a double sofabed in the lounge, so the house sleeps 8 comfortably. One of the bedrooms is accessed from the upstairs terrace, and has its own en-suite shower room with WC and basin.
The family bathroom is on the ground floor with the other bedrooms. Each room has air conditioning and heating, so winter or summer, you’ll feel right at home.
